This hotel truly feels like home away from home. the staff here are incredibly kind and welcoming, making your stay extra special. They go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need-they even helped us with our luggage and offered us a lift when needed. the onsen here is top-notch, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing. the restaurant serves delicious meals, and the breakfast spread is impressive. Plus, the shuttle bus stop to the ski fields is just a short walk away.

One thing to note is that without a car, getting around could be a bit tricky as most bars and restaurants are not within walking distance.
